this shoot, from December 2007, remains one of my favorite spreads of all time

Sasha has one of those delicate, impish faces that contort easily to convey a huge array of emotions

the styling is spot on...not too girly, with a healthy dose of heavy fabrics, decomposing furniture and natural elements 

i will never tire of this one
